- Participants who choose to pay by bank transfer are required to submit the registration information together with the bank transfer receipt to Bumerang Group Reklam Organizasyon LTD. ŞTİ. in order to confirm their congress registration. This requirement does not apply to participants who complete their registration and payment online by credit card through the conference website.
- Registration fee includes: name badge, congress certificate, access to exhibition area, Welcome Reception on 14 March, coffee breaks and lunch on 15, 16 and 17 March.
- Cancellations made before October 31, 2026 will be refunded after deducting bank charges.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations after November 1, 2026. Name changes will be allowed.
- VAT has been included in the fees.
BURSARY
A limited number of bursaries will be available for young IPNET members submitting abstracts.
These bursaries are intended to support participation and will include complimentary congress registration together with a contribution towards travel and/or accommodation costs.

- Accommodation is bed and breakfast.
- VAT and accommodation tax (10%) have been included in the fees.
- Transfer service is not included in the accommodation fee.
- Accommodation fees include 3 nights (14, 15 and 16 March 2027).
- The option for a nightly stay is valid only for porphyria patients and their companions. Participants who wish to extend their 3 day stay at the hotel before or after the congress will be charged according to the nightly accommodation rates.
- Additional accommodation nights outside the minimum 3-night package (before or after the congress) will be charged according to the nightly rates below.
